Telangana, Hyderabad: The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana, A. Revanth Reddy, has directed officials and political leaders to visit government-run hostels to address issues faced by the Telangana Gurukuls. Acting on this directive, Hyderabad Police Commissioner C.V. Anand, IPS, visited the Telangana Minorities Residential Girls School in Musheerabad, Bagh Lingampally, today. During his visit, he interacted with the students to understand their concerns and reviewed the facilities provided to them.

Commissioner Anand engaged in discussions with the principal, Smt. K. Vanishree, regarding the quality of meals, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, and evaluated the dietary standards for the students. Accompanied by Dr. K. Challa Devi, Deputy Director of the Social Welfare Department, and the principal, he inspected various facilities, including the kitchen, sanitary areas, science lab, computer lab, robotics lab, sports room, and dormitories. He also reviewed the teaching methodologies employed by the school, conducting a thorough inspection of all floors within the institution.

He commended the Telangana government’s efforts in providing commendable facilities such as quality education, nutritious food, sports infrastructure, and other amenities, with a significant allocation of Rs. 500 crore to enhance the living conditions in social and minority welfare hostels and schools.

He also congratulated students who had cleared national-level entrance exams like NEET, attributing their success to the dedication and hard work of the teachers.
